Clinique 7

A premium website for a Montreal rhinoplasty surgeon, combining art-inspired branding and custom 3D animation to boost consultations.
context
Clinique 7 is a Canadian rhinoplasty clinic led by Dr. Zahi Abou Chacra, one of Montreal's most recognized rhinoplasty surgeons. The project came to us through Marketica, a Canadian marketing agency working with the clinic, who needed a website that matched the reputation the doctor had already built offline. Rhinoplasty is a highly considered procedure and the website often becomes the first point of contact, playing a major role in a patient's decision.

When we analyzed competitors, most websites looked surprisingly similar: generic medical imagery, technical language, outdated visual approaches. The Client needed something that would communicate expertise while creating a stronger emotional connection. In a market where patients compare several surgeons before deciding, standing out and building trust early was critical.

goals
Strengthen patient trust and credibility. Differentiate the clinic from competing surgeons. Elevate the personal brand of Dr. Zahi Abou Chacra. Increase consultation inquiries. Improve conversion from website visitors to leads. Create a premium digital experience aligned with the clinic’s positioning. Simplify complex medical information for prospective patients. Support long-term patient acquisition through stronger brand recognition. Reduce decision-making friction for prospective patients researching rhinoplasty options. Increase the perceived value of the clinic’s services through stronger positioning and presentation.

The Insight
During our workshop, Dr. Abou Chacra repeatedly described his work as an art. He spoke about balance, proportions, and refinement in a way that felt closer to sculpture than traditional medicine. That observation became the foundation of the project.

We realized that expertise alone would not differentiate the clinic, since patients already expect a high level of competence from a leading surgeon. Instead, we built the concept around the idea of the surgeon as a creator, sculptor, someone who combines medical precision with an artistic eye. This allowed us to position the clinic around a clear philosophy rather than a list of credentials, making it easier for prospective patients to remember, trust, and ultimately choose Clinique 7.
The Process
That idea shaped both the messaging and how we structured the content. We developed copy that tied rhinoplasty to artistry through references like "Art of Rhinoplasty," "Rhinoplasty as a Passion," and "Simply Sculpted." The Client provided a substantial amount of material, and a good portion of our work was editing it down into something patients could actually read without feeling lost. Medical detail stayed in. The jargon came out.

Clinique 7 design moodboard with classical sculpture, typography and web layouts
Visually, we worked within a minimalist system inspired by classical sculpture. Restrained typography, plenty of breathing room, controlled color, and photography chosen for its warmth rather than its clinical neutrality. The centerpiece was a custom 3D animation of a nose being carved from marble, which became more than an aesthetic choice. It said, in a single image, what the surgeon does: he takes something complex and turns it into something refined. The whole thing was built to work just as well on a phone as on a desktop.
The Result
The final website gave Clinique 7 a digital presence that stands apart from everything else in the category. The art based concept gave the clinic a visual and narrative identity strong enough to cut through one of the most conservative, template heavy industries out there, giving Dr. Abou Chacra a genuine competitive edge and a stronger foundation for long term patient acquisition.

The warm, approachable tone lowered the emotional barrier for patients and made that first inquiry feel like the start of a conversation rather than filling out a form. Following launch, the project received a Special Kudos award from CSS Design Awards and was featured among the best websites built on Tilda.
