THIOZEST
Umbrella brand identity for ThioZest, a longevity supplement company, blending scientific credibility with premium, scalable design.
context
ThioZest is a health and longevity company investing in the development of scientifically formulated products for energy, anti aging, beauty, and metabolic support. Their flagship product, ThioZest Original, is a ready to drink liquid supplement built around a patented combination of R(+)-alpha lipoic acid, L arginine, B complex vitamins, and Vitamin C, developed with a team of international scientists and manufactured in Germany.
The product was ready for market. What it needed was a brand. ThioZest sits at the intersection of clinical credibility and premium lifestyle appeal, targeting educated consumers aged 35 to 60 who want science backed solutions and are willing to pay for proven results. On top of that, the identity had to work as a true umbrella brand, scalable across multiple product lines, each with its own product range and packaging, while maintaining a coherent parent brand above them all.
goals
Create a scalable umbrella brand identity for the ThioZest parent company. Establish a visual language that credibly communicates scientific origin and premium positioning. Build a foundation strong enough to extend to product sub-brands and packaging. Support investor presentations and market entry with a polished, trustworthy brand presence. Differentiate from commodity supplement brands in a crowded liquid supplement market and justify a premium market position
The liquid supplement market splits into two positioning camps: clinical and cold on one end, wellness and lifestyle-soft on the other. Neither fully serves a brand like ThioZest, whose real differentiator is the combination of both. The brand needed to project scientific authority without the sterility of a pharmaceutical, and premium appeal without losing credibility. That tension between rigor and vitality became the organizing principle behind the visual direction because credibility drives trust, while desirability drives adoption.
The Process
We developed three distinct logo concepts, each approaching the brand from a different strategic and visual angle, exploring rational associations (scientific formulas, precision, clinical character), emotional expressions (energy, movement, vitality), and the liquid form of the product itself.
Each concept was designed not as a standalone mark, but as a full brand system from the start, with the future architecture of sub brands, product lines, and packaging built into the logic from day one. This meant every concept was stress tested for scalability, ensuring that future product launches could be executed more efficiently while maintaining a consistent brand presence across the portfolio.
The chosen direction is based on an abstract group of dot-like elements that come together into a single form. Up close, the individual dots look molecular or cellular, referencing the science behind the formula. From a distance, they form a clear and intentional shape that suggests precision and structure, and reflects the idea that combining the right elements creates something greater than the sum of its parts. It is a mark that communicates meaning without stating it directly, and works equally well in a clinical context and on a premium consumer shelf.
The Result
ThioZest enters the market with an umbrella brand identity designed to scale over time. The logo clearly communicates scientific credibility and a premium positioning from the start, creating a strong base for investor presentations, retail and B2B partnerships, and launch materials. It also helps build trust and recognition at every stage of the customer journey. The identity works as a flexible system that can grow with the company and extend into future product lines like ThioZest Original, ThioZest Life, and new additions, while keeping everything visually connected.
As the brand expands, the umbrella mark stays as a consistent anchor across all products. It connects the portfolio, strengthens recognition between products, and allows new launches to benefit from the existing brand instead of starting from zero.
